I have over a one year experience working with students from pre-school through college and understand the unique needs of your students and how important it is to create an environment that is both nurturing and challenging for them. In my current role as an Native English Teacher Teacher at Step and Level Language School in Moscow region, I work with children from Grade 1 through Grade 12 as well as adult students who are at different levels of English proficiency. I have created a special program for these students that not only focuses on language development but also on cultural development, communicative skills that meet the daily language demands. I work one-on-one with these students to create a program that is both personalized and fun. In my teaching style, I use the Communicative Language Teaching to prepare students to be confident communicators in different real-life contexts, through repetitive oral practices and student-student cooperation. As a result there is more emphasis on skills than systems, and lessons are more learner-centred.When learners are involved in real communication, their natural strategies for language acquisition will be used, and this will allow them to learn to use the language. I am confident that my experience working with students of all ages and creating an engaging and personalized learning environment will make me an asset to your school district.
